Bluegrass music legend Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder will perform in Millersburg, Ohio on Thursday, September 22nd at 7:30 p.m. at the Timbercrest Camp and RV Park as a charity concert fundraiser for Kentucky flood relief and as an evening celebration for the Superb Food Independence Summit. Ricky Skaggs is a 15-time Grammy Award winner, a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame. His passion for bluegrass music has helped preserve the musical genre and created a legacy of the most talented artists of his generation.
“This is an opportunity to see an incredibly entertaining performance by a master of the mandolin and his star-studded band, Kentucky Thunder,” says John Miller, founder of Superb Sealing Solutions, the home canning lid manufacturer and host of the event. “Timbercrest and the Superb Food Independence Summit welcome Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder to our event. It is the perfect venue and perfect spot for a live, timeless, bluegrass performance. All proceeds from this concert and any donations will go to Kentucky flood relief.”
The concert will be held at the Timbercrest Camp and RV Park on the outskirts of Walnut Creek, located at 5552 State Route 515, Millersburg, Ohio.
